ZCN / ZZV
Zilveren Kruis and Zorgvervoercentrale Nederland (ZCN) have concluded an agreement for the total, national organization of seated patient transport. The agreement started on 1 January 2020. This meant that ZCN became responsible for the taxi transport of 23,000 insured persons from Zilveren Kruis to a healthcare provider and back. This transition had to be well communicated. Together with a great team and a tight deadline, we managed to finish this animation on time. The text was written by ''Femfataal'', the visuals were provided by ''Buro Bont'' and in the end ''Achieve'' has processed the whole into a calm and understandable animation.

Our approach
The target group of these policyholders is very diverse. That is why it was extra important that the communication was accessible so that we know for sure that it is understandable for everyone. We opted for an animation with a clearly intelligible voice-over.
ZCN will be responsible for the taxi transport of 23,000 insured persons of the Zilveren Kruis. We would like to communicate clearly what will change for the insured.
